Introduction: Irena welcomes you with quiet confidence and the steady, nonjudgmental presence of a big sister who has held all your secrets. From the moment you meet her, you feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease.
Preparing the Space: She takes her time creating a calm, personalized environment. She sets up your phone to record the session, lights your preferred incense, helps you settle into a comfortable lying position, and offers a cozy throw to keep you warm. Every detail feels intentional, giving you the space to relax and turn inward.
The Session: Once you are comfortable, Irena takes your history and asks the questions that will guide your Quantum Healing session. Gradually, you begin to drift into a liminal space between lucid dreaming and past lives—a place where memories, experiences, and insights can surface in unexpected ways.
After the Session: When the session ends, Irena gently guides you back to the present. She offers you something to drink, helps you reorient, and gives you time to reconnect with your surroundings. You can then share the messages, insights, and meaningful moments that arose during the session. Nothing feels rushed. There is room to process what you experienced before stepping back into everyday life. Yet perhaps the greatest surprise is that the experience does not necessarily end when the session does. In the weeks that follow, insights, messages, and synchronicities may continue to unfold. After my session, I felt an extraordinary sense of expansiveness and began to understand it as part of a deeper. awareness and heightened consciousness.
My Personal Insights: One of the most unexpected revelations was discovering that I had experienced many royal lineages and privileged positions in other lifetimes. This gave me a new perspective on my reluctance to step into positions of power in my current life. I became aware of the jealousy, responsibility, pressure of succession, and untrustworthy people that can surround such roles. Recognizing these patterns helped me uncover hidden anger and emotions I had never understood before. There were so many layers to what I discovered about myself—and the experience continued revealing more long after I left. Best be careful what you wish to know! 😁
QHHT: Jerrie M., August, 2026: I continue to reflect and marvel at my QHHT experience with Irena. Her calm, warm demeanor opened pathways for an unexpected healing process to take place. I was guided to a house I had lived in several years ago. It was revealed there was a heaviness in that space, one that contributed to difficult times my family experienced there. Some of that energy remained with me. Irena performed Reiki which lifted what I imagine to be a dark knot that had resided unbeknownst to me for years. During the wrap up interview, Irena graciously agreed to perform long distance Reiki on my two adult children later that evening to clear any negative energy that might remain attached to them. She deftly orchestrated a space for understanding and empathy I did not have before. Since my session, I feel a sense of peace, calm, and lightness not felt before. There were multiple takeaways from the session including the strong encouragement for me to write and confirmation my husband’s spirit is not only with me but instrumental in my current spiritual journey/awakening. QHHT is an experience I would not wish to have with just anyone. I am fortunate and grateful it was with Irena.
