Thank you so much for your interest in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session with me. This technique, developed by Dolores Cannon, is a gentle hypnosis method that guides you into a deep state of relaxation to access past-lives and connect with your Higher Self for insight, clarity, and healing. I have completed the level 1 QHHT training and am now in my practicum period as an Intern. I’m honored you’re feeling called to this work.
I’d love to share a bit about what to expect so you can prepare for the most meaningful and transformative experience.
About the Session
A QHHT session is a deep, guided experience that typically lasts 4–6 hours. We begin with a conversation where we explore your life, experiences, and the intentions you’d like to focus on. From there, you will be gently guided into a relaxed, somnambulistic (theta) state where we access past life or relevant subconscious experiences, followed by communication with your Higher Self/Subconscious for healing and answers.
You will remain aware and in control the entire time, simply in a deeply relaxed state.
Session Recording
Your session will be recorded for you to revisit the guidance and healing that comes through. Please make sure you have a Voice Memos app, another recording app on your phone, or an alternative recording device, and that your device is fully charged with enough storage space available. Listening back to your session is an important part of the integration process, as deeper insights often reveal themselves afterward.
Preparing Your Questions
One of the most important parts of your session is the list of questions you bring. These are the questions you will ask your Higher Self during the session.
I recommend organizing them into categories such as:
- Physical health and body concerns
- Emotional patterns or challenges
- Relationships (family, partners, children, etc.)
- Life purpose and direction
- Spiritual connection and gifts
- Any specific situations where you are seeking clarity or closure.
Write your questions clearly and specifically. The more intentional you are, the more detailed your answers can be.
Your “Cast of Characters”
Please also prepare a list of key people in your life. This helps me understand your story and allows us to access deeper insight during your session.
Include:
- Immediate family members (parents, siblings, children)
- Current or past partners
- Significant relationships (positive or challenging)
- Anyone who has had a strong emotional impact on your life.
You can include a brief note about each person if you feel called.
Day of Your Session
- Eat a light meal beforehand
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring water and anything you may need for comfort
- Ensure your device is ready for recording
- Come with an open mind and no expectations—every session unfolds uniquely.
After Your Session
You will make a recording of your session. Listening to it again is an important part of integration, as additional insights often come through afterward.
